The short version
Tiny Maintenance does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. There is no account system, no analytics SDK, no third-party telemetry, and no server. Every maintenance item, completion record, and reminder lives only on your device.
What stays on your phone
All app data — task names, intervals, completion history, reminder schedules, and any custom notes — is stored locally using iOS's standard on-device storage. It is included in your device backups (iCloud or local) only because Apple's backup system covers your apps' data; we do not run any cloud sync.
What we never see
- Your maintenance items.
- Your reminder schedule.
- Your completion history.
- Your name, email, IP address, or device identifiers.
- Anything else, really. We have no servers to send it to.
Notifications
Tiny Maintenance schedules push notifications locally via iOS. They do not pass through our infrastructure. You can revoke notification permission at any time from Settings → Notifications → Tiny Maintenance.
Children
Tiny Maintenance is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age, ever.
Changes
If this policy ever changes — for example, if we ship optional iCloud sync — we'll update this page and bump the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's release notes.
