Using the app
Tiny Maintenance is provided as-is for personal use. By installing the app, you agree to use it lawfully and to take responsibility for the maintenance schedules you create. The app is a reminder tool — it is not a substitute for professional advice on safety, vehicle, building, or pet care.
No warranty
The app is provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship reliable software, but we cannot guarantee that reminders will fire if your device is off, low on battery, or in a state where iOS suppresses notifications. Always treat critical maintenance (smoke alarms, brake checks, etc.) with appropriate redundancy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItsAydrian LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app — which, since the app is free, is zero.
Your data
Tiny Maintenance does not collect or transmit your data. See the privacy policy for details. You are responsible for backing up your device — your maintenance items live in your device's standard app storage and are covered by iCloud Backup if enabled.
App Store terms
When you install Tiny Maintenance from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. In any conflict between these terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs your right to use the app.
Changes
These terms may change. We'll bump the date above and call out material changes in release notes.
